Before 1967 Kenneth Martin Craddock sign his school work as Martin Craddock. He enter 4th grade in the fall of 1967. He started signing his school work as Kenneth Craddock in 4th grade. He showed favoritism for his mother side of the family. His mother maiden name is Martin.

Harry and Zephyr Craddock bought a new 2004 Chevrolet Cobalt from their son Kenneth after City of Chicago street snow plow pushed their old car off the street into a city street light pole. The old car trunk could not be closed and left doors could not be open. Harry when driving the new 2004 Chevrolet alway complained about not having enough space between him and the steering wheel. Harry is a slim man. He also compained about the placement of the car pedals and it was hard to see the pedals when looking down. Kenneth never took the complains seriously. Harry had stopped driving the car in 2007 because he was no longer a safe driver. On one street cleaning day in 2007 a middle age woman, who lived in a house on the other side of the street, offer to drive Harry's car to the side of the street not being cleaned. The woman could not get into the driver seat because of the steering wheel. The car was purchase after Harry broken his hip. Zephyr lost a lot of weight and became thinner worrying about Harry while Harry was in the Hospital. This may be the only reason Zephyr was able sit in the driver seat. But Zephyr missing meals while Harry was in the hospital and the stress from worrying about Harry may had shorten Zephyr life. One of Zephyr arm bacame very weak before Harry return home from the hospital.

Kennneth Craddock hated his brother since early childhood. When Kenneth was 4 years old he throw a metal toy cash register at his brother Burton weigthing about 2 pounds. It was not a playful throw, but a unprovoked throw to injured his brother. It hit Burton just above his left eye brow. If it hit Burton left eye, the register could have damage his eye sight or even lost his eye sight in his left eye. Their uncle Harold Martin as a child was hit in one eye by a snowball with a rock in it and he had to wear glasses afterward because of the change in vision in the hit eye. Their mother had to removed heavy metal toys aspecially those with sharp edges to prevent Kenneth to do any more injuries to Burton.

One day when Zephyr was cooking two pizzas for sons lunch while Kenneth was 5 years old, Kenneth spitted on the pizza he wanted after Zephyr took the pizzas out of the oven. Kenneth changed his mind and wanted the other pizza and was about to spit on the other pizza. Zephyr prevented Kenneth from spitting on the other pizza and gave him the pizza he spit on. Spitting on prefer selection of food and changing his mind never worked for Kenneth.

Kenneth had done things while living in the family Parkway Gardens Home apartment which would be very embarrassing and a lot of teasing from from other kids in Parkway. Burton had never told the other kids about Kenneth embarrassing acts. If the kids in Parkway Gardens had gain any knowledge of Kenneth embarrassing acts at home, one of his mother piano student was the most most likely source but Kenneth would likely blame his brother.

Jealously is clearly one of the reasons Kenneth hate his Brother. Kenneth once complained to his mother with anger that Burton had better hair than himself when he was about 11 years old.

Burton draws a realist picture of Kenneth as he really is with no insulting addition, Kenneth would at like Burton had put a curse on him with a vodoo doll. Most people would not be insulted by similar drawing of themself including Kenneth's son who like to kept the drawing

Part of Kenneth hatred for his brother was younger kids was not allowed to do things or had things as older kids. When Kenneth was about 7 years old, Kenneth was very upset that his mother had given his brother his own key to their Parkway Garden apartment. His brother often wear a different pair of pants for going outside and for staying in the apartment. Kenneth took the key from Burton's outside pants while he was wearing in inside pants. Kenneth had a duplicate made but was unable to return the key before Burton notice the key was missing and told his mother. They both soon learned that Kenneth took the key to have duplicate made.

Kenneth in his teenage years would come very close to physically assault his brother in unprovoded temper tantrun knocking books, mazagine, and other things of Burton to floor. Burton wait until Kenneth leaves the room to avoid a physically attack. Kenneth intensed hatred for his brother was not sometime he could hide from his parents. They were very glade Kenneth selected an out state college.

Kenneth will never get over his hatred for his brother.

Burton and Kenneth father Harry Burton Craddock, Jr died on October 13, 2008. After the funeral, Kenneth told Burton that he will sell their dad home and get living arraigment like Assisted Living with meals for the rest of Burton life and forget get about Burton.

All Burton's attempt to get a job after gradurating from Illinois Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science in 1989 had fail.

Burton never got a reply for most job application. The extremely few replies was for no interest in hiring Burton. Burton never been in jail or prison. Burton never been convicted of a felony.

Burton never made enough money to pay federal income tax. The most money earn for any year was $400 from the sell of Three Model Rocket Programs: Altitude, Stability, Tracking for Commodore C64 and C128 in C64 mode which was publish in June 1994 issue of Compute's Gazette

Kenneth became the trustee of Harry Craddock's Chase Bank accounts for checking, saving, and mortgage. Kenneth had the statements and bill for those accounts send to his home in Orrville, Ohio.

On March 28, 2008, a letter address to Harry Craddock at his home address from Chase mortgage collection department was delivered. Burton learned from that letter Kenneth had not been paying mortagage since the bill due December 15, 2007 and Chase will start to foreclosure on the mortgage. As of February 25, 2008, the bills and past due late fees total $1055.70. Homes similar to Harry home in the area been selling between $114,000 and $174,900. By not paying mortgage bill less than $300 a month, Kenneth is giving away his dad home to Chase Bank. The value of Kenneth dad home may be over 200 to 500 times great than Kenneth income from work last year.

Kenneth had lied to his brother. Kenneth had no real plan to sell the house. Kenneth may had been hoping that his brother had no knowledge of the foreclosure until Chase own the house and evict Burton from the house thus making Burton a homeless person.

Burton died in his home before Chase foreclose on the home he been living in for 38 years.
