       It is with Deep Regret that
I will not be able to share this day
of crelebration with you. The choice is not
mine.
    I am very harry that you have made these
plans for such a outstanding person,"Zephyr
Craddock". None is more deserving of honor
and recognition than she.
    I have had the privilege of working and
serving in scouting with her for many
years. Her accomplishments in this organization
are legend. The zeal and determination that
she exerted in this organization is typical
of her effords in all of her endevours
of her her multifaceted life. God has blessed
her with many many talents and she has
used them well in helping others. Well done
